ROOF REPLACEMENT

First step to be taken will be a property inspection by one of our project managers. We will then let you know what we find and the best route to go for the repairs.

Before we get started with the New Roof Process we need to decide the following from the Inspection.

• Will this be Insurance Related?
• Will this be Out of Pocket?

Once this is decided we will be going over all the details as thoroughly as possible to make sure we best suit your needs. Not all Homeowners are the same. 

Some Homes Need Repairs and some need Full Replacements.

We will get the roof scheduled for a day that the weather is good and you are ready.

The Process takes 1-3 days on average depending on the size, location, pitch, difficulty.

HOW IT GOES ON?

• Tarps are laid around your property.
• Roofers Pull the dumpster into the area.
• Crew starts removing the shingles and old felt.
• Plywood Decking is inspected for damage and replaced as needed.
• Trash is put into the dumpster.
• New Felt, Leak Barrier, Drip Edge is installed.
• Shingles and accessories are next.
• Then the Final Paint and sealant is applied.
• Final trash picked up and removed.
• Sweep with Magnet for any nails on property.
